Renee Davidson is the General Manager of Marketing and Membership at RACQ. She has over 2 decades marketing experience, across the financial services industry. Renee has worked on leading brands across Australia and the UK including Commonwealth Bank, BT Financial Group, Royal Bank of Scotland and ANZ. Amongst her career highlights she launched the 2nd online savings account in Australia, reshaped the Royal Bank of Scotland’s small business credit card portfolio, led advice and private wealth marketing across 11 brands within the Westpac Group and launched RACQ Bank here in Queensland. Renee is Queensland Patron of AMI (Australian Marketing Institute), has been recognised in the CMO Top50 list and sits on UQ Business School Marketing Industry and Service Innovation Alliance Advisory Boards.

Charlie Cush is the CEO of Brisbane Festival. Charlie’s esteemed career across the international Performing Arts industry includes a five year stint as General Manager with the Circa Contemporary Circus. He is passionate about Nonprofit Organisations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Government and Urban Planning and has attained a Master of Arts in Cultural Leadership.
