Our Panel

Richard Triggs is the Managing Partner of Arete Executive, an executive search specialist in recruiting for C-Suite and board roles with an impressive list of placed roles across Australia and Brisbane’s most recognisable companies and not for profit organisations, a qualified career coach and author.

Kirstan Colon is a Partner at McCullough Robertson. She has been with McCullough Robertson for almost 20 years and risen to Head of Property Planning & Finance, is highly regarding in the legal professional and has become a strengthening voice in workplace equality after raising her own family and progressing her profession. She was also the final Brisbane Polo Club president and is a current Brisbane Club member.
