BJCC are excited to announce the launch of our inaugural BJCC Emerging Leaders Mentoring Program.
We’re looking for Brisbane’s new and emerging leaders, the go-getters and the ones who are keen to be a part of something great. We’ve got something for everyone! Our mentor program is open to members and non-members and all are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity to develop strong connections with like-minded professionals in your city.
What’s the catch? There’s none. BJCC is passionate about providing a platform where our members and community can build long-lasting and meaningful relationships. All you need is an open mind and the commitment to fulfil the program as outlined – yes, if you nominate yourself to get involved, we expect your attendance to all sessions. The program will utilise the GROW Method for Coaching and Mentoring, and mentors will receive training in the delivery of this method prior to the commencement of the program.
